All products must be returned unused (beyond their original test) to their original condition with all tabs and accompanying documents.
The product packaging should not be damaged.
In case of return it is necessary to include in the package the proof of purchase of the product.
Those products that do not follow the above conditions will not be accepted and the Dart Kosmima has the right to send the product back to the customer, at his expense the return cost.
Especially for the watches, all the accessories of the product must be returned (packaging box, warranty, operation manual), no modification has been made and no parts have been removed from their bracelet.
Especially for watches smartwatch in case of activation with individual data the return of the product is not accepted. The charge for the change is 5.00 €.
In case of change, the charge for the return of the product and for the shipment of the new product is € 5.00 for each.
In case of refund, a set-off of € 5.00 is made and the remaining amount is refunded.
In case of wrong order or defective product
Contact us and the return will be free of charge by a cooperating courier of Dart Kosmima.
All orders sent from our store are thoroughly checked, however in case you have received a defective or the wrong product or upon receipt the packaging is damaged or damaged (eg if it is damaged, wet, etc.), you keep them as evidence details and contact us directly by phone 2310 725908 during the opening hours of the store.
The courier we work with will pick up the product at our own expense.
Money return
The return process starts as soon as we receive the product, and if it meets the return conditions (not used, damaged, etc.).
Refunds are based on how you paid:
1. If you have used a credit card, the amount is credited to your card.
2. If you have paid in cash or cash on delivery, the amount is credited to the IBAN bank account you have declared.
In any case, the process is done within ten (10) working days upon receipt of the product.
